Used HPM 3.5" Pelletizing Line

Used- HPM 3.5" Pelletizing Line. Line consists of: 3.5" HPM 30/1 L/D vented extruder. Has electrically heated water cooled barrel, serial #89600, new 1990. Extruder is belt driven by a 150 hp Emerson DC motor with Spectrum SCR control. Has gearbox with 13.86/1 reduction rated at 188 hp. Has barrel mounted temperature panel but missing instruments. Approximately 16-hole strand die. 14" x 14" x 20' Stainless steel water bath with pump and heat exchanger. Vacuum style air knife. 6" Conair Jetro model 206 pelletizer, serial #8-061590, S.O. #93000. Pelletizing has a 24-knife helical rotor. Pneumatic conveying system for finished pellet conveying. Line last ran at approimately 400 plbs/hr on TPO's (PP) and color with PP carrier and single pigment dispersions.
