This blender boasts a 315 cubic foot working capacity and a 356 cubic foot total volume, ideal for large batch processing.
Constructed entirely from Type 304 polished stainless steel, the unit is food grade and features an internal double spiral ribbon for uniform and efficient mixing. The trough dimensions are approximately 65.4" wide x 141.8" long x 73.3" deep, offering ample space for product blending.
The blender is driven by a 75 HP SEW Eurodrive hollow bore motor, running on 230/460 volts, 1775 RPM, 3 phase / 60 Hz, with an output speed of approximately 20 RPM. Key features include a top cover with hold-down clamps and limit switch, a center loading cover with welded safety grate (30" x 50"), and an air-operated plug valve for discharge operations.
