NEW & IN STOCK! The Paul O. Abbe Model RB-195 Ribbon Blender is a high-performance, industrial-grade mixer designed for large-scale blending of powders, granules, and bulk solids. With a 195 cubic foot working capacity and a 220 cubic foot total volume, it’s an ideal solution for food, pharmaceutical, chemical, and industrial processing applications.

This blender is constructed entirely of Type 304 polished stainless steel, meeting food-grade standards and ensuring superior durability and corrosion resistance. Its internal double spiral ribbon guarantees efficient and uniform mixing. The trough dimensions are approximately 56.7" wide x 118.2" long x 62.6" deep.

Driven by a powerful 60 HP SEW Eurodrive hollow bore motor, operating on 230/460 volts, 1775 RPM, 3 phase / 60 Hz, with an output speed of approximately 29 RPM, this unit delivers reliable performance. It features a top cover with hold-down clamps and a limit switch, as well as a center loading cover with a welded safety grate (30" x 50").

Discharge is handled by an air-operated flush plug valve, measuring 4.7" wide x 19.7", with a discharge housing approximately 20.5" wide x 28.4" long and a 4" discharge height.
