Description:
This used 350 Cu. Ft. Stainless Steel Ribbon Mixer is designed for high-capacity, efficient mixing of dry and semi-dry materials. It features a hinged cover with backrest and a pneumatically controlled cylinder for easy access. The ribbon assembly consists of a 15" diameter solid stainless steel shaft, 2" wide x 3/4" thick outer ribbons, 2" wide x 3/8" thick inner ribbons, and 2-1/8" thick spokes. The trough shell thickness is 0.196", ensuring durability. The mixer is powered by an approximately 100 HP, 440V gearhead motor via a roller chain drive. The knife-style pneumatic slide gate allows for smooth discharge at a height of 40". The unit is secured to a stainless steel frame and legs for added stability.
