Unused- New Double Ribbon Mixer. 2.5 cubic foot working capacity. Polished 304 stainless steel contacts, 26" long x 14" wide x 18" deep, 3mm shell thickness, stainless steel trough with mirror interior finish. Hinged includes hinged cover with backrest and safety grate. 1-5/8" solid stainless steel shaft, 38mm wide x 6mm thick outer ribbon, 30mm wide x 6mm thick inner ribbon, 58 rpm ribbon speed. Mixer is driven by 2 hp direct connect motor. Mixer has a 4" center bottom discharge, knife style pneumatic slide gate, 23" discharge height. Stainless steel frame and legs.
