Unused- New Double Ribbon Mixer. 5 cubic foot working capacity, polished 304 stainless steel contacts. Trough measures 32" long x 18" wide x 22" high with mirror interior finish, 1/10" shell thickness. Hinged cover with backrest, safety grates. 2-1/4" solid stainless steel shaft, 1-1/2" x 1/4" thick outer ribbon, 1-1/5" x 1/4" thick inner ribbon, 66 rpm ribbon speed. Mixer is driven by 3 hp, gearhead washdown motor thru rollerchain. Mixer has a 4" center bottom discharge, knife style pneumatic slide gate, 14" discharge height. Stainless steel frame and legs.
