Used Ross HDM-40 Gallon Double Planetary Mixer – Vacuum Rated, 316SS, 15 HP (Approx.)

Used- Ross HDM-40 Gallon Double Planetary Mixer. 5 to 40-gallon working capacity. Designed to mix under a full vacuum 29-1/2" HG. An air over oil hydraulic lift system is included to raise and lower the top of the mixer with drives and mixing blades. All product contact parts 316SS with a 150-grit finish and exterior stainless with an 80-grit finish. Driven by a 15 HP (to be confirmed) motor with a mechanical variable speed drive. All carbon steel surfaces are painted with a two component epoxy. Fitted with standard rectangular profile mixing blades.Comes with a control panel suitable for 3 PH / 60HZ /480v. Vacuum hood has a 2" sight port, a light fixture, a vacuum exhaust port and a port with 80 Watts / 120 volts EX-PROOF light. Mixer comes with one mix (not jacketed) can as follows: Made from 316 SS with interior finish 150-grit and exterior finish 80-grit, internally machined for use with a discharge press, designed for vacuum mixing, bottom outlet is a 4" Tri-Clover 316L SS flush plug connection with a 4" flush plug, mounted on casters, push pull handle. Prior use for manufacturing oral care products. Approximate weight of the mixer is 6234 Lbs. Manufactured in 2003.

Used- Gifford-Wood AGI-Mixer, Model V/P-A, Consisting of: (1) J.C. Pardo & Sons Vacuum Kettle, 40 Gallon, 316 Stainless Steel. Approximate 26" diameter x approximate 26" deep. Lift out clamp on domed top cover, hemispherical bottom. Internal rated 15 psi or full vacuum at 250 degrees F. 304 Stainless steel jacket rated 40 psi at 287 degrees F. Tilt out agitator bridge with inner bar agitator and an anchor style scrapper agitator. (1) Gifford Wood homogenizer mixer, all set up for hydraulic drive. 2" Center bottom outlet. Mounted on (4) legs. Serial# 4402, National Board# 2158. Includes an operator panel, control panel, 0.75hp circulation pump and a Watlow electric heater. Mounted on a common carbon steel base.

Used- Buhler 1500 liter (400 gallon) Stainless Steel Vacuum Mixer. Vessel is rated for full vacuum & 3 psi at 250 F. The jacket is rated for 50 psi at250 F. The interior diameter is 51" with a 66" straight side height, 12" cone bottom and 10" dish top. The top has (3) 2" flanged fittings, (1) 1" flanged fitting, (1) 4" flanged fitting, (1) 8" flanged fitting and a 3" sight glass. The bottom as a 3" flanged center discharge connected to a ball valve. The jacket is fed by 2" flanged fittings. The scrape agitation is power by a hydraulic motor. The high speed disperser blade is driven by an electric motor that is missing. The 12" disperser blade has a 19" adjustment in depth using a hydraulic lift system. The vacuum processing kettle comes with a control panel and a Reliance Electric GP2000 VS Drive model 2GU41100, variable speed, constant torque, AC controller for a 100 hp motor. The unit was mounted on a mezzanine with three stainless steel mounting lugs. The overall dimensions are 160" tall x 54". Good Condition. Built 1995.

Agitator is 3/2 HP, 230/460-190/380 Volt, 1760/1460 rpm into gear box with 18:1 ratio. National Board # 6444. Kettle is 13' OAH x 5'3" OD at the jacket. 3" CBO.

Off center top entering angled anchor agitator with scrapers, driven by a 10 hp, 3/60/230/460 volt, 1770 rpm gear motor, ratio 40.80 to 1. Openings top: 18" man way with davit arm cover. 4" Center bottom outlet. Mounted on (3) side lugs. Serial # 1118160301B. National Board #1606. Built 2012.

Working capacity is 400 gallons (1500 liters). 5'6" long x 4'9" wide x 4'2" deep (1690 mm long x 1450 mm wide x 1280 mm deep) mixing bowl. Geared one end, cored masticator blades. 7-3/4" shafts. Double jacketed. 2'3" x 1'8" bottom dump outlet. Flat one piece cover with (1) 32" x 34" hydraulic door, (2) 2", (2) 4" x 8" doors, (3) 8" openings.
