This exchanger features 391 tubes (1” OD, 16 BWG, 10' length), arranged on a 1.25” triangular pitch, with a 1-pass shell / 1-pass tube design. It is rated 75 psi @ 340°F (shell) and 75 psi @ 280°F (tubes), and includes 3 baffles with 2’5” spacing for efficient heat distribution. An expansion joint is built in for thermal flexibility.
