Description

This used complete fishmeal production plant is designed for 10 metric tons/hour of raw material intake and comes fully equipped with essential processing machinery for fishmeal and fish oil production.

The system begins with an infeed mill breaker to size raw material, followed by an Atlas vertical cooker and Atlas screw press to cook and separate solids from liquid. The Atlas disc dryer ensures thorough drying of pressed solids, while separation is handled by an Alfa Laval decanter and Flottweg Tricanter for protein-rich solids, oil, and water phases.

Supporting systems include a 3-effect evaporator for stickwater concentration, cooling towers, and Morisa boilers. Complete with conveying equipment, controls, and plant infrastructure, this installation provides an integrated turnkey solution for fishmeal and fish oil production.
