Description

This used complete lipids production plant offers a full-scale processing solution for lipid refining, extraction, and concentration. The system integrates evaporation, centrifugation, heat transfer, filtration, and storage into a cohesive turnkey process line.

The plant features a Single Effect Evaporator for concentration, an Alfa Laval Disc Centrifuge for separation, and a Centritherm evaporator for gentle, short-path evaporation ideal for heat-sensitive lipids. Supporting equipment includes stainless steel tanks, rotary strainers, heat exchangers, pumps, valves, and piping, all controlled through an integrated controls system.

This plant is being sold as-is and will be loaded on the customer’s trucks for transport. All motors are 50-cycle (50 Hz), suitable for many international installations.
