Used 12,000 gallon Stainless Steel Walker Vertical Jacketed Silo. 304 stainless steel. 124" inner diameter X ( 232.25" short side/ 240" long side of the slope bottom) Dished top, flat bottom with internal sloped bottom. Top fitting: (1) center inlet to the CIP. 3" side top air vent. (1) 16.5" X 21" side bottom insulated inside closing door with 1" sampling valve.3" outlet. Inner shell is 12 GA with #2B finish. Outer shell 10 GA top and 12 GA sides with #2B finish. Top head has 3" fiberglass insulation and side and bottom have 3" foam insulation. Has 96 sq ft SS channel jacket 6' up the side wall from the bottom with (2) 2" inlets. Jacket rated 100 PSI @ 100F with 5 cu. ft. capacity. The CIP requires 100 GPM @ 20 PSI to the spray head. Overall dimensions are 276" tall X 130" outer diameter.

This used 12,000-gallon Walker vertical jacketed silo is engineered for bulk liquid storage in sanitary and industrial environments. Constructed of 304 stainless steel with a 12-gauge inner shell and 10/12-gauge outer shell, the tank features a dished top and a flat, internally sloped bottom. It includes a top center CIP inlet, 3" side air vent, and a 16.5" x 21" side access door with a 1" sampling valve. The tank is fully insulated—3" fiberglass in the head and 3" foam on the sides and bottom—to ensure thermal efficiency. It includes a 96 sq ft stainless steel channel jacket, extending 6 feet up the wall, rated for 100 PSI @ 100°F. Ideal for food, beverage, dairy, and chemical processing.
