Description:

This is a used 70-liter glass reactor train system from R&M Italia, consisting of a glass-lined 70L reactor and a glass-lined 70L receiver, both with removable dished tops and bottoms, and connected by intermediate QVF glass sections.

Both vessels are rated for 150 PSI and full vacuum at 356°F, internally and jacketed. The system includes a top-mounted 1 HP explosion-proof agitator drive (230/460V), with mechanical seal and a 3-blade retreat curve agitator plus tube baffle for optimal mixing.

Both the reactor and receiver are equipped with lift/lower mechanisms for added process flexibility. Ideal for high-purity, vacuum, and pressure applications in pharma, biotech, and specialty chemical processing.
