Reverse Tuck flap closures Has 6" centers for a carton size range: length 1/2" to 5-1/4"; width 1/2" to 4"; depth 4" to 8". Servo driven unit with fixed bucket infeed. Has Allen Bradley SLC 5/05 PLC unit. MGS prefolded leaflet inserter with Data Logic bar code scanners. Has a pivot chute transfer for automatically indexing and stacking products into infeed buckets (last running stack of 3 overwrapped trays). Has 48" long carton magazine with Jones Orbitrac rotary carton feeder. Set up for reverse tuck cartons, has embosse date coder. Stainless steel construction and cantilevered design to GMP sanitary standards. Last running 4.5" long x 3.75" wide x 5.25" deep cartons. Serial # 5822. Built 2001.
