Used- FMS Serpa Model 5000CAL Continuous Motion Automatic Horizontal Glue Cartoner. Machine is capable of speeds up to 120 cartons per minute. 6" centers, with size range of: 1" to 4.5" length, 1/2" to 3.5" width, and a 1-1/2" to 5" depth. Has an adjustable overhead confiner, barrel cam product loader, and a Nordson 3400 hot melt glue system. Has 3-head rotary pre-folded leaflet feeder, a 2-head rotary carton placer, and an adjustable bucket infeed set on 6" centers. Has dual side belt discharge. Machine is of stainless steel construction. Has Allen Bradley SLC 5/03 PLC controls. CTC HMI is non functioning and is offered as-is. Serial Number 1453 3/60/208V.
