Description

Used 20 Cubic Foot Stainless Steel Ribbon Blender, designed for efficient and uniform mixing of powders, granules, and bulk solids in food, chemical, pharmaceutical, and industrial applications. This horizontal blender features outer and inner ribbons, specifically:

• Outer Ribbon: 2" interrupted
• Inner Paddles: 3" x 7" paddles for thorough axial and radial blending.

The stainless steel lid provides easy access for loading, with a top-mounted safety grate and dump bin enclosure to enhance operator safety and prevent contamination.

The blender measures 24 inches wide x 72 inches long, offering approximately 20 cubic feet of capacity. Product is discharged through a center bottom discharge with a slide gate valve, allowing for efficient material flow and easy transfer to downstream equipment.
