Dished top and bottom. 304 Stainless steel jacket, no rating, has bottom electric heaters. 304 Stainless Steel top entering anchor style agitator with side and bottom scrapers and inner and outer stirring paddles, driven by a 7.5kw (10hp) 3/60/240v 1720rpm motor. Bottom entering homogenizer, driven by a 11kw (14.75hp) 3/60/240v motor. Includes Control Panel with Delta drive, (1) Centrifugal Pump, (1) Vacuum pump. Mounted on frame platform with stairs.
