Available for sale is an unused JBF stainless steel jacketed kettle with an approximate 530-gallon capacity and 316L stainless steel construction.

The vessel measures approximately 54" diameter x 48" straight side and features a dished top and cone bottom. Its jacketed construction provides the capability for process heating or cooling when connected to an appropriate utility system.

A key feature is the top-entering dual-motion agitation system. One drive operates dual 3-blade turbine impellers using a 7.5 HP, 1,768 RPM motor with a 33.74:1 gear reducer, producing a calculated output speed of approximately 52.4 RPM.

The second drive operates an anchor-style agitator with scrapers, powered by a separate 7.5 HP, 1,768 RPM motor through an 82.61:1 reducer, providing a calculated output speed of approximately 21.4 RPM. The combination of turbine and anchor agitation can provide effective bulk blending while the scraper-equipped anchor promotes product movement along the vessel wall.

The kettle includes an 18" covered manway, large 27" x 20" covered top infeed, multiple process connections, and a 3-1/2" center-bottom outlet. The vessel is configured for side-lug mounting.
