Used-Leistritz 60mm ZSE 60 MAXX Twin Screw Extruder, Type ZSE60MAXX-20D. Equipped with (2) co-rotating screws approximately 2.44" diameter x 62" long, 20:1 L/D ratio, and 400 rpm screw speed. Extruder features (4) barrel sections plus (1) feed section with liquid heating and cooling and (4) cooling zones. Screws are driven through a gearbox by a 121 kW (160 hp), 1,600 rpm main motor. Includes Leistritz Model LSB 56 twin screw side feeder driven by a 3.45 kW, 3/60/264/460 volt, 1,700 rpm gearmotor with 5.3:1 ratio, Rickmeier circulation pump driven by a 1.4 kW motor through a Funke plate heat exchanger, and drive panel with Siemens Sinamics controller.
