Approximate 32" diameter x 28" straight side. Top entering 3-blade prop agitator, driven by a 4kw(5.36hp), 3/60/230/460 volt, 1692 rpm motor. Internal homogenizing baffle. Internal Inner and outer pipe jacket. Openings top: 8" manway with cover, approximately 6" for agitator, (5) 2". 2" Center bottom outlet with valve. (4) baffles. Control panel with AB powerflex 4 VFD. Mounted on carbon steel frame with casters. Serial# 3706/10/1391.

Used-Cumberland Model 18X37 Granulator with 18" x 37" feed throat, designed for film granulation. Features a 5-knife steep angle step adjustable rotor with 10 knife segments and (2) bed knives. Belt driven by a 100 HP, 460 Volt, 1780 RPM motor with gravity discharge. Equipped with a 6" diameter x 37" wide knurled and grooved offset feed roll with pneumatic pinch and feed roll trumpet. Feed rolls are chain and sprocket driven by a 7.5 HP, 1750/1930 RPM continuous duty DC motor through a Reliance 2.76:1 gearbox. Mounted on leg base with swing-out chamber door on the downstroke side for chamber access. Starter and controls not included. Suitable for granulating film materials and plastic scrap for recycling and reprocessing applications.

Five of the filter elements were lost in shipping and will need to be replaced if it is to be used with the air filter.

Drying chamber is designed to turn between .96 to 7.66 rpm using a 10 hp reeves drive. Motor is tagged for hazardous location. The outer shell of each chamber measures 56" diameter x 96". The chamber has an 18" access panel. There is a 12" discharge at the bottom. Contact surfaces are constructed of 304 stainless steel and the jacket is carbon steel.
