Used-This hopper elevator was previously used for feeding plastic bottles. Its overall dimensions are 62" wide by 292" long by 138.5" tall and is constructed of stainless steel. The hopper's opening is 28" wide by 63 3/4" long. There is a sliding cover for the hopper. The hopper has an estimated 100 cu ft capacity. There are 2 product sensors with two reflectors. The conveyors have a width of 32". The elevator's conveyor has some broken lifters. The discharge height is 120", and there are adjustable feet that can bring it up another 4". The motors are 265/460 vac 3 ph.

Used Lanfranchi monoblock bottle unscrambler and orientator system consisting of Model L3-SR18/24 bottle unscrambler, Model OR-20P orientator with machine vision and bottle hopper feeder. System is capable of handling bottle sizes from approximately 200 ml to 750 ml and can operate at speeds up to 450 containers per minute depending on bottle size and shape. Unit was last running 375 ml flask-style bottles at speeds up to approximately 320 containers per minute. Includes vacuum conveyor at the discharge to help stabilize bottles during transfer. Comes with bottle-specific change parts for 200 ml and 375 ml flask containers; additional change parts are required for other bottle configurations. Built October 2004. Serial #14398-1038-04. Nice machine in good condition. Possible applications include high-speed unscrambling, orienting and feeding of compatible plastic bottles and containers for beverage, food, pharmaceutical, personal care, household chemical and other packaging lines.
