Product Description

This used HDPE plastic bottle filling line is a complete, automated packaging system previously utilized for filling 2,000ml HDPE juice concentrate or paste bottles at a rate of 1,100 bottles per hour.

The line includes a 6-head Primodan filler with Pro-face touch screen controls and independent system control console, offering precise and flexible filling capabilities. The MSA single-head capper handles 40mm screw polypropylene caps, supported by a cap hopper, feeder, and elevator for seamless operation.

A Scanvaegt SC500 check weigher (2024 model) ensures accurate fill weight compliance. The line includes a Markem Imaje SmartDate X60 front/back labeling system, an Österbergs WA 500 wraparound case erector/packer/sealer with Nordson PROBLUE 4 glue system, and a Markem Imaje 2200 carton labeller.

Final packaging is handled by the Inter SYSTEM ComPact C128-01 palletizer with touchscreen control and single pallet magazine. The system includes all necessary in-feed, transfer, and take-off conveyors for end-to-end production.
