Product Description

This used glass bottle filling line is a complete, high-speed bottling and packaging solution capable of handling 12,000 bottles/hour for 300ml, 700ml, and 840ml bottle sizes. Originally used in juice concentrate production, it offers full automation from depalletizing to end-of-line pallet wrapping.

At the front of the line is an ABB IRB 2600 M2004 robotic depalletizer, capable of handling up to 1,650 kg. Bottles are filled and capped via the Bertolaso MONOBLOCK, featuring 40 filling heads and 8 capping heads, with an integrated cap hopper.

Product integrity is verified by a STRATEC X-Ray inspection unit, and dual labeling is provided via KRONES STARMATIC 080-B30 and KRONES 80-C32 labelers, supporting line 1 and line 2 respectively. Each line is equipped with Thorsted MULTRA PACKER MK 2.1 carton packers, Dan Conveyor carton elevators, and a shared DAN/SIGNODE/LACHENMEIER palletizer and wrapping system.

Includes all in-feed, transfer, and take-off conveyors, providing a turnkey solution for glass bottle beverage packaging.
