Description:

This used 8,700-gallon stainless steel reactor was manufactured by Alloy Fabricators, constructed of 304 stainless steel and designed for large-scale mixing and thermal processing in industrial, chemical, or food-grade environments.

The tank is 132" in diameter x 124" straight side, with a dished top and cone bottom for complete drainage. The internal vessel is rated for 33 PSI at 335°F, while both the jacket and internal coils are rated for 85 PSI at 335°F, providing flexible thermal control for heating or cooling.

It is equipped with a powerful 7.5 HP axial agitator, featuring a dual-hub design with 3 blades each (56" diameter), and a 2-blade 18" radial flow impeller at the bottom, enabling full-volume agitation. Also included are (4) sidewall baffles for enhanced mixing performance.
