Unused Quadrel ZDT ProLine Zero-Downtime Wraparound Labeler

Unused Quadrel ProLine Series Model ZDT servo-driven zero-downtime wraparound pressure-sensitive labeler, built in 2021 and never put into production. The system features two redundant 7" high label heads for continuous labeling operation, a wrap station with top hold-down, wormscrew container infeed, and 4-1/2" wide conveyor belt. Maximum label height is 6-7/8" with stated labeling accuracy of plus or minus 1/32" and label dispensing speeds up to 3,000" per minute. Each label head accepts a 16" outside-diameter label reel with a 3" diameter core. Controls include an Allen-Bradley CompactLogix MicroLogix 1400 PLC, Delta DOP-110WS HMI, and Nidec Control Techniques Commander and Epsilon EP drives. Electrical requirements are 220 volts, 1 phase, 60 hertz. Serial number 83288-100. Overall dimensions are 175" long x 68" wide x 96" tall.
