Description:

The PSG-Lee (Leepak) RP-147Q-11-WD Dual Wash Down Pouch Filler & Sealer is a high-speed, automated pouch filling and sealing system, designed for liquids, sauces, and other flowable products in food, beverage, and industrial applications.

This machine is capable of speeds up to 120 pouches per minute (PPM) and supports a pouch size range of 3.1” - 4.9” (W) x 5” - 13.9” (H). It features Rinco ultrasonic sealers, providing secure, leak-proof seals for various pouch styles.

The positive displacement filler allows for precise and consistent product dispensing, with a filling range of 4oz - 12oz, supported by a 60L stainless steel hopper.

This system was last used for filling 12oz hot-fill sauces at 195°F in 117mm (W) x 200mm (L) x 84mm (bottom gusset) pouches. The unit is equipped with a no pouch, no fill feature, ensuring efficient, waste-free operation.
