Used Long Strong Scott Solidaire Dryer

Used- 16" Diameter x 12 Long Strong Scott Solidaire Dryer. Maximum design jacket pressure is 100 psi at 388 degree F. Maximum design vessel pressure is 1 psi. Built in 1973. Shell appears to be 3/16" thick. Top inlet is 6" flanged. Side port is 6" flanged. Nozzles are mounted on the drive end of the unit. Unit has a four belt drive sheave mounted without motor. Capped inlet on top end approximately 4" I.D. with a blind flange bolted on it. Unit outlet is 6" flanged. Overall dimensions are 14 3" long x 5 9.5" wide x 72" high. 3 3" frame width. 6" x 3 6" high vent on top of discharge end of the unit. Jacketed portion of mixer is insulated along with nozzles on top of unit. Main body of mixer is stainless steel with carbon steel jacket. Rotor is reported to be Hastelloy.
