Used- Extrudex Complete Strand Granulating Line, type SRE 80-30 with a max. capacity of 264 pounds/hour (120 kg/hour) depending on material consisting of: (1) Extrudex single screw extruder, type SRE 80-30. 30:1 L/D. 80 mm (3.12”) dia. screw. Electrically heated – 5 zones, Air cooled. (1) venting port, large infeed screw for low bulk-weight as expanded PS flakes. Driven via a gearbox by a 49.60 hp (35 kW) main motor. Mounted on a platform. Incl. (1) Strand-die head, (1) Water bath 1'31" x 7'87" (400 x 2400 mm), (1) Blower/cooler, Scheer SGS 100 E granulator with a 4 hp (3 kW) drive motor.
