Machine is capable of speeds from 20 - 30 pouches per minute (depending on application) subject to pouch and product variables. Pouch size range: 6" - 12" or 152mm - 305mm (Width) x 4.7" - 16.75" or 120mm - 425mm (Length) up to 13.8" or 350mm. Weight Range: up to 20 lb or 10 kg. Designed for pouches with gusset, stand-up bottom, and zipper seal. Has an 8-station turret for: #1 pouch pick-up; #2 Hot Stamp coding; #3 zipper open; #4 pouch bottom open with pouch present detection; #5 open pouch transfer to fill station with product settler; #7 heat seal; #8 seal, quench, and discharge.
