Used PSG Lee Model RP-8TZ-30-WD Washdown Premade Pouch Filler/Sealer
Used PSG Lee Model RP-8TZ-30-WD Washdown Premade Pouch Filler/Sealer. Machine is capable of speeds from 30 - 50 pouches per minute, subject to pouch and product variables. Pouch size range: (Width) 6.3" - 12" or 160mm - 304mm, (Length) up to 13.8" or 350mm. Weight Range: up to 20lb or 10kg. Designed for pouches with gusset, stand-up bottom, and zipper seal. Last used in USDA facility on frozen meat patties. Has an 8-station turret for: #1 pouch pick-up, #2 Hot Stamp coding, #3 zipper open, #4 pouch bottom open with pouch present detection, #5 open pouch transfer to fill station with product settler, #6 gas flush, #7 heat seal, #8 seal, quench, and discharge. Fill station can be adapted for product filler per application, lncludes Luciano product elevator.
