Used- PSG Lee Model RP-8TZ-36 Premade Pouch Packager for Large Format Pouches. Machine is capable of speeds from 15 - 30 pouches per minute, subject to pouch and product variables. Pouch size range: Width of 8.5" - 12" or 216mm - 305mm; Length of 13.8" - 21.7" or 350mm - 550mm. Weight Range: up to 20 pound or 10 kg. Designed for pouches with gusset, stand-up bottom, and zipper seal. Has an 8-station turret for: #1 pouch pick-up, #2 coding (coder not included), #3 zipper open, #4 pouch bottom open with pouch present detection, #5 open pouch transfer to fill station with product settler, #6 gas flush, #7 heat seal, #8 seal, quench, and discharge. Fill station can be adapted for product filler per application, last used with Ishida scale filling for PVA dry detergent pouches (scale filler not included). Uses an Allen Bradley SLC 504 PLC (upgrades available upon request), Proface HMI, and Allen Bradley PowerFlex VFDs.
