This Used Flexopack IV450 Rotary Vacuum Bag Sealer is a high-efficiency rotary chamber vacuum sealing system designed for high-speed food-grade packaging applications, particularly vacuum-packed meat. The system includes 6 vacuum seal chamber stations and approximately 12 total platens, offering a maximum throughput of 35 packages per minute (ppm).

Equipped with a heat seal bar with integrated knife, the machine ensures tight, clean seals, and prepares the package for shrinking. The unit is operated by an Allen Bradley CompactLogix L18ER PLC, A/B HMI, and PowerFlex 525 VFD, offering reliable, automated control.

The system also includes a Flexopack iShrink 550 hot water shrink tunnel, built in 2014, with a 24" wide x 16" high aperture and a 22" wide conveyor belt, perfect for finishing vacuum-sealed packages with a snug, retail-ready presentation.
