The turbine features 7 extractions and a multi-stage configuration: 6 HP stages, 4 IP stages, and 7x four-flow LP stages with a last stage bucket height of 26 inches. The fly ball governor with a rotation pilot valve ensures precise control, supported by 2 main stop valves, 4 control valves, and 2 combined reheat valves.

Constructed with a three-number double-wall casing and three-number solid-type rotors, the unit includes journal bearings for reliable performance.
