Unused -Hitachi 400-450 MW Steam Turbine Generator package built in 1976, designed for utility-scale power generation, repowering projects, and large industrial cogeneration applications. Turbine is Hitachi Model TC4F-26, Type TC4R-26, rated 400 MW nominal and 450 MW maximum continuous output, designed for 2,400 psig, 1,000 degrees F main steam, 1,000 degrees F reheat steam, 2.5 in. Hg absolute exhaust pressure, and 3,600 RPM operation. Features 7 controlled steam extractions, 6 HP stages, 4 IP stages, 7 four-flow LP stages with 26" last-stage buckets, three double-wall casings, three solid rotors, four elliptical journal bearings, one tapered-land thrust bearing, steam gland sealing with labyrinth packing, and a mechanical-hydraulic flyball governor with rotation pilot valve, (2) main stop valves, (4) control valves, and (2) combined reheat valves. Direct-coupled to a Hitachi Model TFLQQ-K totally enclosed, explosion-proof AC generator with water-cooled stator and hydrogen direct-cooled rotor, rated 553,064 kVA at 60 psig hydrogen, 470,104 kW, 24,000 volts, 3-phase, 60 Hz, 0.85 power factor, and double-star connection for continuous-duty utility service. This unused utility-class turbine generator package offers an exceptional opportunity to acquire proven Hitachi technology for baseload power plants or major industrial energy projects at a fraction of the cost and lead time of a comparable new unit. Suitable for electric utilities, independent power producers (IPPs), EPC contractors, and large industrial facilities with an existing or planned high-pressure steam source capable of supplying the required steam conditions. Boilers are not included and must be supplied separately by the purchaser. Can assist with freight logistics, export documentation, and customs coordination for worldwide shipment.
