Description

This Used JWI Model 800N32-49-25SYLS Filter Press is a high-capacity dewatering system designed for solid-liquid separation in industrial, chemical, and wastewater treatment applications.

The press includes approximately (49) polypropylene 800 mm square plates fitted with Gore-Tex filter cloth, delivering a total filter area of approximately 528 sq. ft. (49 m²) and a total chamber volume of approximately 25 cubic feet (0.707 m³) across 49 chambers (0.5 ft³ per chamber).

The system utilizes an air-powered hydraulic pump requiring up to 80 SCFM at 100 PSI, driving a 6" bore x 24" stroke hydraulic cylinder with a maximum hydraulic closing pressure of 4,100 PSI (283 bar). The hydraulic system includes a 4.5-gallon reservoir using Rykon All Weather Type-46 hydraulic oil.

Designed with an air blow manifold style and precoating capability, the press enhances cake dryness and filtration efficiency. Feed pump pressure is rated at 100 PSI.
