The SEITZ ORION 100/200 filter press is a high-capacity stainless steel filtration system designed for demanding liquid clarification processes. With a throughput of 150 hl/hour (3,962.5 US gallons/hour), it is currently fitted with 24 chambers and 2 end plates (1000 x 1000 mm / 39” x 39”), providing a filtration surface of 48 m² (516.66 sq. ft.).

This hydraulically operated unit is mounted on 4 legs for stability and comes as a complete system including:

• (1) Kieselguhr preparation tank with agitator

• (1) Dosing pump

• (1) GEA beer pump

• (1) Hopper with geared endless screw

• (1) Diaphragm pump for kieselguhr discharge

• Additional brewery filtration infrastructure
