Unit is equipped with (7) screens providing approximately 8.8 sq. ft. of screening area per screen and approximately 61.6 sq. ft. total screening surface area. Designed to comply with American National Standard sanitation requirements for baking equipment. Rated for processing rates up to approximately 1,200 lb/min depending on product, screen mesh and application. Product inlet and outlet are 4". Sifter frame measures approximately 90" wide post-to-post x 50" deep post-to-post x 90" high. Screen stack measures approximately 46" diameter x 43" high. Serial #4928. Equipped with rotoformer for applying pastels. Cooling tray under side of belt. Exhaust hood over a portion of the belt. Control panel. Breaks down to 74.5" discharge end, (2) 16' cooling sections 54" feed end. The discharge knife will add another 6" to it. Drive: 2 hp gear reduced chain and sprocket with guard. RotoFormer drive, 2 hp gear reduced drive.3 phase, 230/460 voltage. Pastels were about 3/16" to 1/4" size.
