The gearbox is belt driven in a wraparound manner by a 200 HP D/C motor with Safetronics SCR control. Over-sized on center oblong feed throat with water cooling. Free-standing temperature control panel has ten (10) zones of temperature controls. SCR is mounted inside the control panel. 480/3/60 400 amps. S/N 1832. Mounted on the extruder discharge is a model HSC-45 hydraulic slide plate screen changer having two (2) nominal 4.5" diameter breaker plates with oversized 5 HP hydraulic power pack. S/N H45-204.
