All stainless steel construction with polished Type 304 stainless steel product contact surfaces and food grade design. Trough measures approximately 33.4"W x 59.1"L x 37.4"D and is equipped with an internal double spiral ribbon, packing glands and pillow block bearings. Driven by a 20hp 3/60/230/460v 1777/42rpm motor through a reducer 41.87:1 ratio. Features a top cover with hold-down clamps and limit switch, center loading cover with welded safety grate measuring approximately 19.7"W x 31.5"L, and an approximately 4.7"W x 14.2" flush air-operated plug valve. Discharge housing measures approximately 18.5"W x 24"L with approximately 24" discharge height. Overall dimensions are approximately 56"W x 108"L x 90" Tall with an approximate weight of 2,860 lbs.
