Used 2008 Applied Chemical Technologies 10 Sq. Ft. Vibrating Fluid Bed Dryer 30 HP Blower & Power Flame Burner, set up for heat with stainless steel stand, body, induction hood and exhaust hood. Equipped with Reliance Electric 30 HP blower motor and Power Flame 4x Micro Burn burner. Screener deck is in good condition with no unintended holes. Unit was operated in August 2026 and includes burner spare parts and an additional non-functioning burner. Assembly is arranged on four skids for burner assembly, blower fan and coil, induction unit and fluid bed dryer, with exhaust duct requiring an additional skid. Dryer with hood measures 9'6" high x 8' long x 3'4" wide; dryer only measures 34" wide x 8' long x 7' high; overall length with induction ducting is 19'10". Built 2008. Suitable for heated fluid bed drying and processing of compatible free-flowing granular and particulate products.

Used Parker Freeze Dry 2,700 L Production Freeze Dryer – 453 kg Ice Capacity, 5 Heated Product Carts & Busch Vacuum System

Used- Parker Freeze Dry Custom 2,700 L Production Freeze Dryer, Model 5-945-135. Approximately 2,700 L chamber, internal chamber dimensions approximately 1,200 mm x 850 mm x 3,400 mm, and nominal 453 kg ice condenser capacity. Equipped with dual-phase Busch vacuum system including RA0255 main pump, maximum 25 amps at 400 volts, and WV1500 booster pump, maximum 20 amps at 400 volts. Vacuum system overhauled in 2021 and serviced in 2023. Programmable West ProVU heat control system with four West 6100+ controllers and bus control. Includes five product carts, each with 27 heated shelves and approximately 100 kg product capacity, plus two complete sets of 135 aluminum 18" x 26" trays for 270 trays total. Outdoor cooling unit with refrigeration and hot-gas de-icing; compressor rebuilt/overhauled in 2022/2025. CE-marked. Electrical requirements: 400 volts, 50 Hz, 3 phase. Possible applications include production-scale freeze drying of food products, pet food and treats, nutraceutical products, specialty ingredients, and agricultural products.

Used- Union Process Circulation Attritor System, Model QL-25. Grinding tank capacity of 27.5 gallons. Includes approximately 250 gallon recirculation tank equipped with anchor stirrer and mixer. Unit is driven by a 40 HP motor. Maximum pumping rate of 35 gpm depending on grind media and slurry viscosity. 3/60/460V. Serial # 190402, built 2019. Possible applications and suitable products include wet grinding and dispersion of coatings, inks, pigments, chemicals, minerals, metal oxides, and other pumpable slurries requiring fine and uniform particle size reduction.

Unused Enaqua Containerized 2-Pass Reverse Osmosis System For Brackish Water, Built 2012. First-pass design includes a 46 GPM feed rate through one array with inlet water rated 40-80 psi at 85 F, producing approximately 30 GPM permeate with TDS less than 100 ppm. Second-pass design includes a 25 GPM feed rate through two arrays at 40 psi, producing approximately 20 GPM permeate with TDS less than 5 ppm. System is built into a 20' shipping container with overall shipping dimensions of approximately 96" wide x 102" high x 238" long. Electrical requirements: 480V, 3-phase, 100 amps. Serial #VH008000Z04000. Built 2012 and never run in production. Possible applications include brackish water treatment, industrial process water purification, high-purity water production and other compatible reverse osmosis water treatment applications requiring approximately 20 GPM final permeate capacity.

Used APV Type P-E Single-Effect Plate Evaporator – 2,050 Lb/Hr Design

Used APV Type P-E 2,050 Lb/Hr Single-Effect Finisher Evaporator With 316 Stainless Steel Plate Sections. Employs a forced-circulation rising-falling film evaporation process and includes the evaporator frame with (16) Type 316 stainless steel plate units containing 65 total plates, a 30.5" Type 316 stainless steel snail-shell vertical separator, Type 304 stainless steel barometric condenser with steam ejector, and interconnecting vapor tubing. System was designed for a feed rate of approximately 5,590 lb/hr at 190 F with 9.0% suspended solids and 20.20% soluble solids, producing approximately 3,540 lb/hr of product at 31.9% soluble solids and 185 F, with a designed evaporation rate of approximately 2,050 lb/hr. Unit was originally designed for 19 plate units; (3) plate units are missing, so evaporation capacity will be lower as currently equipped. Additional plate units may be installed to restore the original designed evaporation rate. Overall footprint is approximately 8' wide x 9' long x 8'2" high and the system can be disassembled for shipping. Previously used for processing spent mash. Plate gaskets appear to be in good condition. Serial #1340. Good condition. Possible applications include evaporation and concentration of compatible food, beverage, fermentation, distillery, chemical and other liquid process products requiring removal of water and increased solids concentration.

National Board # 465, Manufacturer serial # SF-7790,shell MAWP 100PSI @ 230 degrees F, MDMT 100PSI @ -20 degrees F. Vessel size 84"OD x 99" Straight side. Overall length 176". Manway 18" x 14" elliptical, the bottom has one-6" RFSO nozzle with blind with 3" pipe, one- 2" RFSO with blind flange, the side has one-3" RFSO, one-2" RFSO with blind flange and the top has one 2" RFSO. Unit comes with additional piping, valves and control panel. Unit does not have carbon charge in unit.

Used APV stainless steel desulphurizing column measuring approximately 24" diameter x 28' high and equipped with (15) valve trays. System was designed for approximately 1,000 imperial gallons per hour of grape juice and used for reducing sulphur dioxide concentration from approximately 1,550 ppm to 100 ppm. Includes preheater shell and tube heat exchanger. Possible applications include sulphur dioxide removal and desulphurization of compatible grape juice and other suitable liquid food or beverage processing streams.

Used NRM Pacemaker III 4.5" single-screw extruder with 34:1 L/D ratio. Unit features a 12' long vented barrel with electric heating and water cooling, along with an 8" round feed throat. Screw is driven by a 200 hp, 500 VDC electric motor. Barrel includes a 5.5" side vent located approximately 6.5' from the feed throat. SCR motor controls are included; control panel is missing the temperature controllers. Approximate overall dimensions are 16' long x 4' wide x 5' high. Serial #18031. Built 1982. Unit is stored indoors at our warehouse. Possible applications include extrusion and continuous melt processing of compatible thermoplastic resins, compounds, recycled plastics and other suitable polymer materials.
