Description

Available for sale is a used ZIPTECH 10 hL brewery system centered around an automated 2-vessel brewhouse with automated operation from mash through whirlpool transfer.

The brewhouse package includes a 2-roll malt mill, mash hydrator with pumps, 1,850-liter nominal mash tun/steam-jacketed kettle, lauter tun, hop soder, whirlpool, automated valves, pumps, sampling taps, controls, two-stage plate heat exchanger, and 1,600-liter hot liquor tank with pump.

Cellaring equipment includes three ZIPTECH 10 hL dual-purpose vessels (DPVs) built in 2014, each with a 1,300-liter nominal and 1,000-liter working capacity, plus one Brew-Tek 10 hL DPV of the same nominal and working capacity. Two Bier-Drive 10 hL lagering tanks are also included.

Utility equipment includes a 15 kW glycol chiller, 1,000-liter glycol tank, 1,000-liter ice-water tank, and 72 kW electric steam generator rated at 100 kg/hour.

Cleaning is supported by a ZIPTECH CIP system with two 150-liter tanks for caustic and acid/rinse service and a circulation pump.
