Used Coperion STS 95 Twin Screw Extruder 95mm, 40:1 L/D Co-Rotating Compounding Line (20102011), (2) 95 mm diameter screws, 40:1 L/D ratio, co-rotating inter-meshing side by side screw design, 10 total barrel sections, (9) heated barrels, electrically heated water cooled. Driven by a 280 kw (375.5hp) DC drive motor via a Siemens gear box, screw speed maximum 300 RPM (1) Die head, Frame mounted. (1) Coperion STS 95 twin screw side feeder. New year 2010-11. Dished top and bottom Top Fittings: 21" manway, (1) 1.5", (1) 2", and (1) 4". Has a 4" center bottom drain equipped with manual flush valve that reduces down to 3". Has (3)1.5" side inlets and (1) 5" side bottom outlet. Has (4) internal baffles. Equipped with screw type agitator but currently has no drive. Mounted on (4) legs giving 28" clearance.

Driven by 275 kW (370 HP) motor through 10:1 gear reducer, inside dimensions measure 2420mm diameter by 4500 mm long. Includes girth ring, trunnions, and spare motor. System includes Ramsey Weigh Belt Feeder, 600 mm wide, with load cells, controls, and spare belt; 8 diameter ANIVI-Sturtevant Dynamic Air Classifier driven by 25kW motor; (3) 9" diameter Jervis B. Web Screw Conveyors, measuring 12, 20, and 22 long; (2) Mikro-Pulsaire Dust Collectors (model 49S-4-20, 461 Sq Ft and model 81S-8-20, 762 Sq Ft); and 40 high ANIVI Bucket Elevator.
