Used Alar Engineering Corporation Auto-Vac Model 660 rotary vacuum drum filter system equipped with a 6' diameter x 6' long stainless steel filter drum providing approximately 113 sq. ft. of filtration area. Drum measures approximately 72" OD x 75" long and is equipped with an automatic advancing knife discharge system for continuous removal of accumulated solids. Complete system includes receiver tank, pre-mix tank, 40 hp vacuum pump and control panel. Electrical requirements are 460 VAC, 3-phase and 120 VAC, 1-phase. This automatic, self-cleaning filtration system is designed for treatment and solid/liquid separation of compatible water-based effluent streams. Filter drum skid measures approximately 118" wide x 152" long x 94" high, and tank skid measures approximately 93" wide x 186" long x 112" high. Serial #11667. Possible applications include industrial wastewater treatment, sludge dewatering, process-water clarification and solid/liquid separation of compatible wastewater, sludge, slurry and other water-based effluent streams.

Driven by a gear-reduced 15 hp, 1160/31 rpm motor that requires 220/440 vac, 3 ph electricity. Outer ribbon diameter is 36” with a 4” diameter shaft. Mixing chamber is 38.5” w x 90” l x 40” h for a total volume of 72 cu. ft.

Used C.E. Raymond #73412 Roller Mill – 350 HP Motor, Industrial Grinding

Used- C.E. Raymond #73412 Roller Mill. Directly driven by a 350 hp, 3/60/4160V, 585 rpm motor. Unit is equipped with a gear and intermediate shaft, horizontal shaft assembly with pinion, external oil lubrication system, vertical shaft, mill bottom assembly with oil reservoir, spider assembly with caps, plow support assembly with (4) four plow bodies and (4) plow tips, (4) four oil journal assemblies each with grinding roll, mill base with port liners and grinding ring, mill side and system fan directly driven by a 150 hp, 3/60/4000V, 1175 rpm motor. Less mill base air housing assembly, less dual feeder assemblies and less whizzer separator assembly, also missing the gearbox. Unit has low operating hours and is in excellent condition. This machine is commonly used in the production of Gypsum Board and Drywall.

Driven by a 22kW (30 hp), 3/60/230/460 volt, 1770 rpm gear motor, 75.69 to 1 ratio, final rpm 23. Openings top: 12", 2-3/4", side: (4) 30" x 15-1/2" hinged inspection doors. 14" x 8" End bottom discharge with pneumatic discharge valve. Includes outboard roller bearings, air seals, and a control panel. Mounted on (4) stainless steel legs. Serial# 99111.

Drum rated Atmospheric, 304 stainless steel jacket rated 75 psi at 32 to 320 degrees F. Approximate 5" diameter shaft with (12) welded on paddles. Driven by a 100 Hp 3/60/460/1780 rpm motor thru Falk gearbox, 13.86 to 1 ratio. Provision for (10) Tulip style choppers each should be driven by a 15 HP motor (5) additional provision. Top openings: 1-1/2", 3", 10", 16". (2) 24" x 16" side access doors. 16" Side bottom outlet. Serial# 41961-4442, Built 1993. Possible applications include high-intensity powder blending, dry ingredient mixing, granulation, particle dispersion and processing of compatible specialty chemicals, mineral powders, fertilizers, construction materials, polymer additives, pigments, detergents and other suitable bulk solid formulations.
