Description
The Alloy Fabricators 6,400-Gallon Mix Tank is a high-capacity stainless steel mixing vessel, designed for chemical, pharmaceutical, food, and industrial liquid processing applications. Constructed from 304 stainless steel, this tank ensures corrosion resistance, durability, and sanitary processing.
With a 108" diameter and 144" straight side, this tank features a dished top and bottom for optimal structural integrity and efficient mixing. The internal coils are rated for 85 psi at 335°F, allowing for precise temperature control and heating/cooling applications.
The tank is internally rated for 15 psi at 210°F and is equipped with (4) side wall baffles for enhanced mixing performance. The 3 HP agitator includes a dual hub with four blades each (42" diameter) and a 22" diameter, two-blade radial flow impeller at the bottom, ensuring efficient and uniform mixing.
