Used Delta Systems Model Eagle High Speed Horizontal Wrapper with sanitary lugged infeed conveyor. The machine is capable of cycling at speeds up to 400 PPM (depending on application). Has a 2 up 150mm radius seal jaw and was originally set up to run 3"L and 4"L nutritional bars at speeds from 125CPM - 165CPM with heat sealable print registered film. Has 20'L lugged chain infeed. Includes Video Jet Dataflex 6330 date coder, Dual arbor film feed with auto film splicing. Web width: up to 12"W on 3" ID Core. Rolls up to 15: diameter. Includes 15"w x 20'L product conveyor to facilitate hand loading into the load chain conveyor. Full stainless plate frame for caustic Washdown environments.Full Stainless Steel Duty Wrapper: NEMA 4X electrical enclosure (Water Shed Type). Cable connections and external sensors rated for water washdown. Shields placed to deflect direct pressure wash from critical areas as required. Stainless steel bearings sealed and shielded as needed. No exposed threads, no piano hinges, no vertical blind holes.

π Description
This Used Delta Systems Eagle Horizontal Flow Wrapper is a high-performance, high-speed flow pack machine, capable of cycling up to 400 packages per minute (PPM). Designed with sanitary construction for food-grade environments, it is ideal for bars, snacks, and similar retail-ready products.
The machine is configured for both cold and heat-seal film applications, and features a 20-foot lugged chain infeed conveyor for smooth product handling. A 15" wide x 20' long stainless steel loading conveyor is included for manual hand-loading, offering ergonomic setup for operators.
Equipped with dual arbor film feed and automatic film splicing, film print registration, and a VideoJet DataFlex 6330 thermal transfer coder, this unit is a top-tier solution for high-volume packaging operations. Although set up for single-count nutrition bars, the machine has never run in production, making it an excellent like-new acquisition.
