Used Preferred Packaging Semi Automatic Inline Roll Film Tray Sealer

Used-Preferred Packaging Semi Automatic Inline Roll Film Tray Sealer. Model HS-48; manual lidding machine capable of hot sealing thin gauge lidding films to ridged plastic trays. Filled rigid plastic trays are supported by an aluminum sealing plate as they move through the seal process. As a sealing plate is pushed into the machine, the heated silicone roller turns and adheres the lidding film to the flat flange surface of the plastic trays. The heated silicone roller activates the continuous FDA approved adhesive coating on the lidding film, which adheres strongly to the plastic trays but does not stick to the food products.
