EDL Model DTW 22 Double Tight Wrap Shrink Bundler for Pet Food, Flour, Bread Mix

Used- EDL Model DTW 22 Double Tight Wrap Shrink Bundler with Bag Conditioning Conveyor and EDL Model 32-30-78-ST Shrink Tunnel. Capable of speeds up to 100 bpm. Last used in pet food operation. Handles most typed of low density polyethylene films from 1.5ml - 2.5ml. Bags are received into machine with narrow edge leading into the adjustable bag conditioning system. Bags are conveyed to diverter/laner into two lanes and into colation section. Pack stabilizer keeps bags from falling during sealing, once sealed the bundle is oriented 90 degrees into second seal station and will be totally enclosed and transferred into heat tunnel. Has A/B panelview plus 1000 HMI, A/B PLC, (4) A/B powerflex 40 drive, (6) Emerson control techniques drives. Includes Somic product manipulator / collator, model PM 42070-UP 01, 3/60/480 Volt.
