Description

Available for sale is a used American Packaging Machinery (APM) Model MIC-26 Inline Shrink Bundler with Shrink Tunnel, Serial Number 652.

The system is capable of stated production speeds of up to 30 bundles per minute, depending on product dimensions, bundle configuration, film specifications, and operating conditions.

Products enter through a straight inline infeed and are wrapped in shrink film before passing through an approximately 1/2" wide x 27" long seal bar with knife cutoff. The sealed bundle then travels through the integrated shrink tunnel, which has an approximate 20" wide x 17" high opening and a wire-belt conveyor.

The control package includes an Allen-Bradley L32E PLC, PanelView Plus 700 HMI, and two Allen-Bradley PowerFlex 4 drives.
