Description

This used Ishida Model CCW-RZ-212P-D705-WP 12 Head Double Drop Combination Scale is designed for high-speed, accurate weighing of food and small product items prior to packaging. The scale is constructed from stainless steel and features dimpled/embossed buckets, making it suitable for products that require improved flow and reduced sticking.

The system is capable of 20 to 80 weighs per minute per side, depending on product characteristics and packaging configuration. The scale handles weights ranging from 4 grams to 500 grams with an accuracy of approximately ±1 gram.

Each head includes dimpled stainless steel feed buckets and weigh buckets, designed to improve product movement and accuracy. The machine uses double-beam strain gauge load cells to ensure precise measurement during operation.
