Used- PSG Lee Model RP-8BT-Z Premade Pouch packager. Designed for pouches with gusset stand-up bottom, and with zipper seal. Pouch size range: 3.9" - 9.4" pouch width, maximum 13.8" pouch height. Capable of 30 - 50 pouches per minute, subject to pouch and product variables. 8 Station turret for #1 Pouch Pick-up, #2 Code (coder not included), #3 Zipper Open, #4 Pouch Bottom Open with Pouch Present Detection, #5 Open Pouch Transfer to Fill Station with Product Settler, #6 Gas Flush, #7 Heat Seal, #8 Seal Quench and Discharge. Fill station can be adapted for product filler of choice, last used with scale filling for nut products into a 5-1/4 x 9" pouch. Includes 72" long pouch magazine, 10" Wide x 48" Long belt discharge conveyor, A/B SLC 505 PLC, Proface HMI, AB Powerflex VFD, Stainless Steel construction with barrier guarding.
