Vetraco, Model MC 4 A Cosmetic Powder Blender
Used- Vetraco, Model MC 4 A Cosmetic Powder Blender. Stainless steel vessel has a double jacket for cooling by water (inlet temperature 12-14 degree C). Suitable for dispersing pigments, binder and pearls in a talc powder base for the production of cosmetic powders. Using a refined base (talc powder or similar) the MC blenders can produce eye shadow, blush, face powder in both wet and dry formulations with no need for other processing equipment. The blender is designed to efficiently produce high-quality powders (20 minute typical batch time) while minimizing the amount of personnel time required. Usable capacity is 5.5 12 liters, output per batch is 1-4 kilograms depending on product density. Stirrer speed is 300-3,300 rpm. On a stainless steel base with casters.
