Mid-size, high-throughput unit with 2,500 rpm maximum bowl speed and up to 60 gpm feed rate. Suitable for continuous liquid/solid separation in industrial slurries at up to approx. 60 gpm feed, such as food, chemical, mining/mineral, and wastewater streams, where stainless construction and mid-range throughput are required (subject to buyer validation). Includes feed pipe, 71:1 ratio gearbox, and 75 hp 3/60/460 volt, 1,765 rpm motor. Serial # 7959-2. Stainless construction broadens product compatibility, and the 75 hp drive delivers meaningful throughput and solids-handling capacity. Used 1,900 Gallon JV Northwest Stainless Steel Jacketed Tank with 3 HP Agitator 45 PSI, UM Stamped, Serial # 13847, Built 1997. Jacket in two sections is rated for 45 PSI @ 400 degree F. Tank is 78" diameter x 84" straight side. Bottom and 1/3 of the straight side jacketed. Tank has bottom mounted 3 hp agitator, 230/460 vac 3 ph power required. Top has 20" round manway with hinged lid, 10" vent pipe, one 6" tri clamp, two 3" tri clamp, and one 2" tri clamp. Jackets have two threaded connections each. Bottom has 4" 90 degree tri clamp elbow for the discharge. Side has .75" coupling with probe. Unit has four carbon steel legs.
